I know what it feels like to not be confident in your body. I grew up overweight.

That lack of confidence followed me everywhere — until sports changed everything. Football, track and field, wrestling. For the first time I discovered what my body was capable of. And through consistency and discipline, I built the confidence I had always wanted.

That experience never left me. I went on to compete as a collegiate multi-sport athlete, earned my degree in kinesiology, stepped onto the professional bodybuilding stage, and spent the last 15 years working as a private personal trainer — one on one, with clients who are serious about their results.

At 36, my focus has shifted to longevity. Not just how to look great — but how to build a body that performs, feels strong, and holds up for decades. My work with peptide protocols and advanced recovery modalities gives my clients access to a level of coaching most trainers are not qualified to offer.

I built the confidence I wanted through consistency and discipline. That same transformation is what every client I work with achieves. I want you to feel in your body what I felt when everything finally clicked. That is what I architect — every single day.
